Something a bit different for this Trail Titan workday…..A little work and a little hiking!

Meet at the Stone Mountain Country Store on John P. Frank Parkway before the entry into Stone Mountain State Park at 8:30 on August 4th.

We will be cutting back the “forest creep” at the MST entry from Mosswood Road. Then we will hike (about 2 miles) to the MST entry at Traphill Ridge Road where will will again trim back the “forest Creep”.

We will then return to the Country store for refreshments. This section is a pleasant hike on what we call the Sawyer Section.

For those still wanting some additional adventure, we will then take a short hike to the “Devil’s Handprint”.

Bring weed eaters, clippers, gloves, water and a smile
